All PNG citizens resident or working in Australia are encouraged to register with the High Commission to ensure that they can be contacted in the event of an emergency.

The High Commission should be notified promptly of births, marriages and deaths so that national records in PNG are up-to-date.

The High Commission can assist PNG citizens with renewal of their passport. Please contact us to obtain the appropriate form. PNG citizens resident in Australia should ensure that their passport is valid and leave sufficient time for processing of the renewal.
